So some people may already be familiar with this issue from at least 2 years ago. However, solutions provided don’t exactly work in 2023. For example, deleting .exe files will have no effect on the game refusing to launch. NoGTAVLauncher will not work, and running as administrator will do virtually nothing. Luckily, Rockstar Games is aware of the issue & has provided a way to fix this issue. I managed to fix it with this simple trick provided by Rockstar Support •Find the Rockstar Games folder (Usually in Documents by default) •Select the folder without opening it •Click on the name or right click to reveal the “rename” option.
