Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced installation instructions:
1. Get CodeWalker beta 48 by dexyfexx (you may need to join dexyfexx Discord server to get this version in particular): https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/codewalker-gtav-interactive-3d-map
2. Install OpenRPF by Los Santos Multiplayer: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openrpf-openiv-asi-for-gta-v-enhanced
3. Install ASI loader with ScriptHookV (AB Software Development): http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
4. Create a mods folder in your game installation directory, and copy original files that you plan to mod (e.g. update.rpf, one of dlcpacks dlc.rpf (preferably smaller in size)) or just copy the folder structure for them in mods folder.
5. Copy over the pres folder to "mods/update/dlcpacks/".
6. Add "dlcpacks:/pres/" to dlclist.xml at: "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" - use CodeWalker's RPF Editor.
7. Download and extract the files from the original release mod from: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/ivpack-gtaiv-vehicles-in-gtav
8. Open the ivpack OIV file with a tool like WinRAR or 7ZIP, and extract them somewhere.
9. Replace the following files using CodeWalker's RPF Editor:

trfc/vehiclemodelsets.meta - mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ai/
data/carvariations.ymt - mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/
trfc/popgroups.ymt - mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/
10. Install gameconfig (BadassBaboon) and HeapAdjuster Enhanced (JG7834):

11. If you keep getting game crashes, maybe try this mod: Anti-Crash Hotfix for Replace Cars (t0bi): https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/anti-crash-hotfix-for-replace-cars
It was not tested, but may be worth a shot as some users were able to fix it that way. Otherwise, you may try to swap the non-critical metadata files with originals until it works out better.

Known issues:
Game (GTA 5 Enhanced only) crashes when attempting to enter certain vehicle, like e.g. Turismo, Schafter GTR and Ghawar Jet, but they can otherwise spawn just fine. It is plausible that with proper configuration of metadata files, it wouldn't be a issue at all.
