GTA Online Guide: How to Start and Complete All 3 "New Listing Missions"

GTA Online has officially kicked off the hype for the new Mansions DLC arriving on December 8th. A new series of missions, called "New Listing Missions," has been added to the game, allowing players to earn massive rewards for the upcoming update.

This guide will walk you through how to start these new missions, complete all three, and what you'll earn for your efforts.

How to Start the New Listing Missions

When you log into GTA Online, you should receive a phone call from a new contact, Raf. He'll explain the new real estate opportunities in the Vinewood Hills.

If you don't get the call, try finding a new session or simply head to Devin Weston's old mansion on Buen Vino Road. A new "P" icon for Prix Luxury Real Estate should be on your map there.

Once you arrive, walk into the yellow "coronet" circle outside the mansion and press the prompted button to start the first mission.

Mission 1: Due Diligence

• Objective: You'll be tasked with clearing out Devin Weston's mansion, which has been taken over by The Lost MC.

• Walkthrough:

  1. The mission starts you at Chumash Plaza. On your way to the mansion, you'll be prompted to pick up gas canisters from a side road. Grab them.

  2. When you arrive at the mansion, you have two choices:

     • Stealth (for bonus cash): Sneak onto the roof using the scaffolding. Without a gun equipped, you can use the gas canisters on the air vents to quietly take out the enemies inside.

     • Loud: Go in guns blazing and clear out all The Lost MC members inside and out.

  3. Once all enemies are eliminated, leave the area to complete the mission.

Mission 2: Fixes & Fittings

• Objective: After completing the first mission, a new "P" icon will appear in La Mesa. Head there to start the second mission, where you'll steal building supplies from the Mile High Club construction site.

• Walkthrough:

  1. Head to the Mile High Club construction site. Your goal is to find a lorry cab and four toolboxes (for extra cash).

  2. Again, you can attempt to be stealthy or go loud.

  3. Find the truck cab (it's in the middle of the site) and look for the attached trailer wagon.

  4. Once you connect the cab to the wagon, drive it to the new construction site in the Vinewood Hills.

  5. You will be attacked by enemies in cars on the way. Fight them off and deliver the truck to the destination to finish.

Mission 3: Hard Deadlines

• Objective: The final "P" icon will now appear at Elysian Island. Head to the marker to start the last mission.

• Walkthrough:

  1. Your destination is the port, where you need to destroy construction equipment.

  2. For a cash bonus, do not use guns or explosives. Instead, hop in a nearby bulldozer and push all the target vehicles and equipment into the water.

  3. Construction workers will attack you; use melee weapons to take them out without failing the bonus.

  4. After the equipment is destroyed, three foremen will arrive and take photos. Do not shoot them. Simply aim your gun at them to intimidate them, and they will run away.

  5. Once you've dealt with all three, leave the area. You'll get a wanted level, so lose the cops to successfully complete the mission.

Rewards: The Prix Luxury Real Estate VIP Program

Completing all three "New Listing Missions" before December 7th will automatically qualify you for the Gold Tier of the VIP Program. This unlocks crucial rewards that will be delivered to you when the Mansions DLC launches on December 8th:
