I'm very pleased to be able to release this, and I look forward to feedback from anyone who has the patience to go poking in the source. In theory it can be ported to other versions, there's currently 373 offsets betweenoffsets.hppandoffsets_patch_only.inlbut they are not all necessary. There's lots of unneeded code in resolution.hpp for the time being, I've been trying for days to fix the invisible character model face/nearest-limb but it's proven very difficult.

This project would have been impossible without

Caveat (in case you didn't read the repo/screenshot):3D textures are unable to render in this engine above 2048px on the Switch and thus emulators - clamping real render resolution to 1152p maximum. UI can run natively at 1440p.2160p has done nothing but crash for me, but maybe someone can submit a PR
