EverSD United update introduces unified patcher, new loader and support for more handhelds

The EverSD team's latest update, the EverSD United, brings a set of important features. Furthermore, the newest SuperPocket handhelds, the NeoGeo (Limited Edition) and Data East, are now also being supported.

This update introduces EverPatcher where all patchers have been combined and is supported across Windows, MacOS and Linux platforms.
