Installation
First, Install OpenIV and ASI Loader.
Copy "update/update.rpf" and extracted folder to "mods" folder.
Open "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml".
Insert a dlcpacks entry with "dlcpacks:/thgtav/" and save.
Install done. Launch the game to enjoy.

Same way install when Enhanced version too.
But not use OpenIV. Require use OpenRPF.
More detail to refer OpenRPF.

If Use AddonPeds, install ped as "streamed".
