The island you associate with raids and stealthy loot smuggling turns into a trap. With each wave, more freaks and monsters appear: scavenger hordes, conquistadors armed with muskets, panther tamers with their pets, swarms of splitters, and other types you wouldn't normally want to see in real life in GTA Online . The goal is simple: you must persevere until evacuation by plane, preferably by fighting your way to the airport.

The mode has a pace similar to classic Survival , but with a fresh atmosphere and surprises. The initial waves allow you to find your rhythm, but things get intense from the middle. Conquistadors can keep their distance, while panthers quickly shorten their path and force you to reposition. The way it works is that one moment you're fighting for control of the approaches to the base, and the next you have to jump to a rooftop or another cover as the wave literally swamps you.

You have two options. On your phone, access the in-game activity list and launch the Cayo Perico Series , or approach the palm tree marker in the Terminal . The system will find the lobby, and you'll be instantly immersed in the action.
